  • 1\/4 \u00e0 1\/2T de miel ou de sirop d’\u00e9rable (omettre si vous utilisez du yogourt d\u00e9j\u00e0 sucr\u00e9)<\/li>
  • 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de vanille<\/li>
  • Pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>
  • Fraises, framboises, bleuets<\/li>
  • Noix au choix<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    <\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    1. M\u00e9langer le yogourt avec l’agent sucrant, la vanille et le sel dans un bol.<\/li>
    2. \u00c9tendre un papier parchemin sur une plaque de cuisson et y r\u00e9pandre le yogourt. <\/li>
    3. Ajouter les garnitures.<\/li>
    4. Placer au cong\u00e9lateur au moins 3 heures<\/li>
    5. Couper ou briser en morceaux et d\u00e9guster!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
