Ingr\u00e9dient<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  • 3\/4T de gruau “old fashioned”<\/li>
  • 1\/4T de farine de bl\u00e9 <\/li>
  • 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de cannelle<\/li>
  • 2 c. \u00e0 table de sirop d’\u00e9rable<\/li>
  • 6T de bleuets congel\u00e9s<\/li>
  • 3 c. \u00e0 table de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    <\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    1. Pr\u00e9chauffer le our \u00e0 350\u00b0F. Pr\u00e9parer un moule carr\u00e9 de 8″.<\/li>
    2. M\u00e9langer dans un bol l’avoine, la farine et la cannelle. Ajouter le sirop d’\u00e9rable et le beurre fondu. M\u00e9langer jusqu’\u00e0 ce que le liquide ait \u00e9t\u00e9 absorb\u00e9.<\/li>
    3. Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langer le bleuets et la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs.<\/li>
    4. Transf\u00e9rer le m\u00e9lange de bleuet dans le moule et ajouter le m\u00e9lange d’avoine sur le dessus en le r\u00e9partissant \u00e9galement. <\/li>
    5. Cuire 45-55 minutes o\u00f9 jusqu’\u00e0 ce que le liquide bouillone sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s et que le dessus soit dor\u00e9. <\/li>
    6. Laisser refroidir compl\u00e9tement \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de la pi\u00e8ce et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer au moins 3 heures pour laisser le jus \u00e9paissir compl\u00e8temnet.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
