Dans la culture populaire, le mot \u201cr\u00e9gime\u201d est souvent associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de restriction et de contr\u00f4le. De mon c\u00f4t\u00e9, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re plut\u00f4t m\u2019entra\u00eener \u00e0 atteindre un \u00e9quilibre alimentaire dans le plaisir et l\u2019amour de la nourriture. Je te partage aujourd’hui comment adapter ton mode de vie pour perdre du poids sans mourir de faim.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si tu es affam\u00e9e en attendant ton prochain repas, tu peux devenir irritable et agir de mani\u00e8re impulsive. Cet \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit t\u2019am\u00e8ne peut-\u00eatre \u00e0 agir en contradiction aux efforts que tu fais pour atteindre une alimentation saine, vari\u00e9e et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon la cr\u00e9atrice du programme 2B Mindset, Ilana Muhlstein<\/a>, r\u00e9p\u00e9ter que tu es affam\u00e9e envoie un signal de panique \u00e0 ton cerveau. M\u00eame si tu le dis en plaisantant! C\u2019est d’ailleurs ce qui te pousses \u00e0 consommer de la nourriture \u201cnutritionnellement vide\u201d (chips, biscuits, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quand les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives te submergent, pense \u00e0 prendre une toute petite pause pour faire \u00e9tat de la situation. Comme le sugg\u00e8re Ilana, ferme les yeux, prends une grande respiration profonde et change ton discours. Plut\u00f4t que de rester dans ton \u00e9tat hangry<\/em> irrationnel, \u00e9nonce des faits objectifs : \u201cJe vais bien. Par contre, j\u2019ai faim et j\u2019ai besoin de manger quelque chose pour que mon corps se sente mieux.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une vraie ou une fausse faim?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Avec le temps et le conditionnement familial, tu as peut-\u00eatre d\u00e9sappris \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre tes signaux de faim (et de sati\u00e9t\u00e9). Tu penses peut-\u00eatre que tu as faim alors que tu es simplement d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9e! Avant de penser \u00e0 manger, bois un grand verre d\u2019eau temp\u00e9rature pi\u00e8ce et attends quelques minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La faim persiste? Pr\u00e9pare-toi une collation qui satisfera ta faim sans nuire \u00e0 ton objectif de perte de poids. Comme je l\u2019ai partag\u00e9 dans mon article 15 collations sant\u00e9 rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer<\/a>, une collation soutenante est compos\u00e9e d\u2019une source de glucides (pour apaiser \u201cimm\u00e9diatement\u201d ta faim) et une source de prot\u00e9ine pour te donner de l\u2019\u00e9nergie jusqu\u2019au prochain repas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans un processus de perte de poids, tu as toujours le contr\u00f4le sur les aliments que tu manges, et non l\u2019inverse! Le plan alimentaire que tu choisis doit servir ton objectif \u00e0 long terme plut\u00f4t que de te pousser \u00e0 restreindre significativement ton apport en calories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le programme alimentaire 2B Mindset<\/a> propos\u00e9 par Beachbody rencontre cet objectif. Il t\u2019apprend \u00e0 faire de bons choix alimentaires, \u00e0 manger quand le besoin s\u2019en fait ressentir et en quantit\u00e9 suffisante et, surtout, \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier le processus! C\u2019est une approche diff\u00e9rente qui t\u2019offre la chance d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 d\u00e9jouer tes envies et \u00e0 g\u00e9rer tes \u00e9checs avant m\u00eame qu\u2019ils ne se produisent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors utilise la nourriture comme elle devrait l\u2019\u00eatre, pr\u00e9pare ton plan et fonce! Tu peux atteindre tes objectifs de mani\u00e8re saine sans \u00eatre affam\u00e9e toute la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
