Recette de <\/em>Lazy Cat Kitchen<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pour la sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 2T de noix de cajou crues (tremp\u00e9es toute une nuit ou dans l’eau bouillante 1 heure)<\/li>
  • 3 c. \u00e0 table de jus de citron<\/li>
  • 2 gousses d’ail<\/li>
  • 1 c. \u00e0 table de p\u00e2te de miso blanche<\/li>
  • 4 c. \u00e0 table de levure alimentaire<\/li>
  • Noix de muscade, au go\u00fbt<\/li>
  • 1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sel<\/li>
  • 1 c. \u00e0 table de f\u00e9cule de tapioca (ou f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Pour le gratin<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • 1lb de patate douce<\/li>
    • 1 1\/2lb de pomme de terre blanche ou rouge<\/li>
    • 2-3 c. \u00e0 table d’huile d’olive<\/li>
    • 1 gros oignon, finement h\u00e2ch\u00e9<\/li>
    • 2 gousses d’ail, \u00e9minc\u00e9es<\/li>
    • 2 tiges de romarin frais<\/li>
    • Sel & poivre noir, au go\u00fbt<\/li>
    • Paprika ou poudre de chili, optionnel<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Pour la sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Placer les cajous tremp\u00e9s dans le contenant d’un m\u00e9langeur avec environ 1 1\/4T d’eau. M\u00e9langer jusqu’\u00e0 une consitance lisse et cr\u00e9meuse.<\/li>
      2. Assaisonner avec l’ail, le jus de citron, le miso, la levure alimentaire, la muscade, le sel et le poivre. M\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau quelques secondes.<\/li>
      3. Transf\u00e9rer 2T de la sauce dans un autre bol. <\/li>
      4. Ajouter la f\u00e9cule dans le reste de la sauce et m\u00e9langer.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Pour le gratin <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Couper les pommes de terre (pel\u00e9es ou non, au choix) en tranches de 3mm. <\/li>
        2. Faire chauffer l’huile d’olive dans une grosse po\u00eale. Ajouter les oignons et cuire jusqu’\u00e0 ce qu’ils aient ramollis, environ 5 minutes.<\/li>
        3. Ajouter l’ail et le romarin et cuire 2-3 minutes.<\/li>
        4. Ajouter 2T de la sauce et les pommes de terre tranch\u00e9es dans la po\u00eale. M\u00e9langer pour enrober de la sauce et laisser cuire environ 7 minutes. Si le m\u00e9lange a l’air sec, ajouter un peu d’eau.<\/li>
        5. Ajouter les patates douce et m\u00e9langer doucement pour enrober.<\/li>
        6. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350\u00b0F. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Assemblage <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Transf\u00e9rer le m\u00e9lange de pomme de terre dans un plat \u00e0 cuisson. Arranger en \u00e9tages et saupoudrez de romarin (ou utiliser les tiges de romarin frais, qui devront \u00eatre retir\u00e9es avant de servir).<\/li>
          2. Couvrir de la sauce \u00e9paissie \u00e0 la f\u00e9cule. Saupoudrer de paprika ou de poudre de chili.<\/li>
          3. Cuire 50 minutes.<\/li>
          4. Augmenter la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 400\u00b0F et cuire un autre 5 \u00e0 10 minutes, jusqu’\u00e0 ce que le dessus soit dor\u00e9. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
