    La boisson Recover<\/a> fait un travail sensationnel apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance d\u2019entra\u00eenement! Ce suppl\u00e9ment contient des ingr\u00e9dients qui favorisent la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des muscles, dont 20 grammes de prot\u00e9ines \u00e0 lib\u00e9ration contr\u00f4l\u00e9e (rapide, moyenne et lente). Ce syst\u00e8me permet d\u2019optimiser la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de tes muscles lors de chacune des phases post-entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Recover est disponible en deux saveurs : chocolat (vegan ou non) et orange.     Consommes-tu un suppl\u00e9ment de vitamine D? Si ce n\u2019est pas le cas, je t\u2019invite \u00e0 rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la situation d\u00e8s que possible. En effet, la vitamine D joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le corps, entre autres pour le m\u00e9tabolisme du calcium et la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d\u2019insuline<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    L\u2019exposition de la peau nue, sans \u00e9cran solaire, au soleil de midi peut combler tes besoins en vitamine D, mais pas \u00e0 100 %. Il faut donc combiner plusieurs m\u00e9thodes pour s\u2019assurer d\u2019optimiser ton apport. La vitamine D se trouve aussi dans les poissons et les produits laitiers enrichis<\/a>, mais pas en quantit\u00e9 suffisante. Si, en plus, tu suis un r\u00e9gime v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien ou v\u00e9g\u00e9talien, pense \u00e0 envisager la suppl\u00e9mentation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Les experts ne s\u2019entendent pas sur la quantit\u00e9 de vitamine D \u00e0 consommer. Sant\u00e9 Canada<\/a> propose que les personnes de 50 ans et plus devraient consommer un suppl\u00e9ment de 400 UI par jour. Certains sugg\u00e8rent une consommation minimale de 600 UI par jour <\/a>\u00e0 partir d\u2019un an, et une augmentation significative de cette dose en p\u00e9riode hivernale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pourtant, cette vitamine n\u2019est produite naturellement par le corps : il faut donc compter sur une alimentation d\u2019origine animale ou des suppl\u00e9ments pour l\u2019obtenir.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Une carence en vitamine B12<\/a> peut entra\u00eener une an\u00e9mie (manque de globules rouges) et d\u2019autres sympt\u00f4mes neurologiques (fourmillement, engourdissement, etc.).
