  • 2 gousses d\u2019ail, \u00e9minc\u00e9es<\/li>
  • 1 carottes, tranch\u00e9e<\/li>
  • 1 grosse branche de c\u00e9leri, tranch\u00e9e<\/li>
  • 2 c. th\u00e9 de basilic s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/li>
  • 1 c. th\u00e9 d\u2019origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/li>
  • 3\/4 c. th\u00e9 de thym s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/li>
  • 1 canne de 32 oz de tomates en d\u00e9s<\/li>
  • 2 c. table de p\u00e2te de tomate<\/li>
  • 1 feuille de laurier<\/li>
  • 4 T de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li>
  • 1 courgette moyenne, tranch\u00e9e en quartiers<\/li>
  • 1\/4 T de haricots rouge, rinc\u00e9s<\/li>
  • 1\/4 T de haricots cannellini, pois chiche ou \u00ab great northern beans \u00bb<\/li>
  • Eau \u2013 ajouter seulement le n\u00e9cessaire pour couvrir les l\u00e9gumes<\/li>
  • 1\/4 T de petites coquilles<\/li>
  • 1 T d\u2019\u00e9pinards frais, h\u00e2ch\u00e9s (optionnel)<\/li>
  • 1\/2 \u00e0 1 c. th\u00e9 de vinaigre balsamique<\/li>
  • Parmesan<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    La Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    1. Dans une grande casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais, faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/li>
    2. Ajouter les oignons, l\u2019ail, les carottes, le c\u00e9leri et faire sauter pour 4 minutes, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 que ce que les l\u00e9gumes aient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ramolli.<\/li>
    3. Ajouter le basilic, l\u2019origan, le thym et cuire pour une minute suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/li>
    4. Ajouter les tomates, la p\u00e2te de tomate, la feuille de laurier, le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et les haricots. D\u00e9pendamment de la grosseur de votre chaudron, ajouter juste ce qu\u2019il faut d\u2019eau pour couvrir les l\u00e9gumes (si n\u00e9cessaire).<\/li>
    5. Amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition puis r\u00e9duire le feu pour faire mijoter 20-25 minutes.<\/li>
    6. Ajouter les p\u00e2tes et la courgette puis cuire pour un autre 10 minutes, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les p\u00e2tes soient cuites.<\/li>
    7. Ajouter les \u00e9pinards et laissez-les ramollir.<\/li>
    8. Salez et poivrez, au besoin. Puis ajouter le vinaigre balsamique.<\/li>
