  • 1 poivron rouge ou orange moyen hach\u00e9<\/li>
  • 2 graines de jalape\u00f1os moyennes et les veines enlev\u00e9es, finement hach\u00e9es (facultatif)<\/li>
  • 3 gros \u0153ufs l\u00e9g\u00e8rement battus<\/li>
  • 4 gros blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs \u00bd tasse<\/li>
  • 4 tortillas de bl\u00e9 entier de 8 pouces<\/li>
  • \u00bd tasse de fromage cheddar r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    La Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    • Chauffer l\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive moyenne \u00e0 feu moyen-vif.<\/li>
    • Ajouter l\u2019oignon, le poivron et les jalape\u00f1os (si d\u00e9sir\u00e9); cuire, en remuant fr\u00e9quemment, de 4 \u00e0 5 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019oignon soit translucide. R\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 moyen-doux.<\/li>
    • Ajouter les \u0153ufs et les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs; cuire, en remuant fr\u00e9quemment, de 4 \u00e0 5 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les \u0153ufs soient pris. Retirer du feu.<\/li>
    • Garnir uniform\u00e9ment chaque tortilla du m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u0153ufs et du fromage.<\/li>
    • Pliez chaque tortilla en deux; cuire dans une po\u00eale moyenne antiadh\u00e9sive \u00e0 feu moyen-vif, de 4 \u00e0 5 minutes, en retournant une fois, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le fromage soit fondu et que la tortilla soit bien dor\u00e9e.<\/li>
