Les Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour les l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 1 petit oignon rouge<\/li>
  • 1 petite courge butternut<\/li>
  • 10 patates grelot<\/li>
  • 2 carottes<\/li>
  • 2 panais<\/li>
  • 1 c. tab d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>
  • 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Pour la salade :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • 4 poign\u00e9es de m\u00e9lange \u00e0 salade<\/li>
    • 1 c. tab d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>
    • 2 c. tab de vinaigre balsamique<\/li>
    • 2 c. tab de basilic, coriandre et persil frais, finement h\u00e2ch\u00e9<\/li>
    • 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre<\/li>
    • 30 gr de feta (ou de tofu au feta pour une version sans produits laitiers)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      <\/div>\n\n\n\n

      La Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      1. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 400\u00b0F. Tapisser une plaque de cuisson d\u2019un papier parchemin ou d\u2019une feuille de silicone.<\/li>
      2. Couper tous les l\u00e9gumes en gros morceaux. Placer dans un bol avec 1 c. tab d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, le sel et le poivre et bien m\u00e9langer. \u00c9tendre les l\u00e9gumes sur la plaque et mettre au four pour 35 \u00e0 40 minutes, en retournant \u00e0 mi-cuisson.<\/li>
      3. Faire la vinaigrette en m\u00e9langeant ensemble l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, le vinaigre balsamique, le sel, le poivre et les fines herbes fra\u00eeches.<\/li>
      4. Assembler la salade. S\u00e9parer le m\u00e9lange de laitue dans 2 bols et ajouter les l\u00e9gumes r\u00f4tis. Arroser de la vinaigrette et \u00e9mitetter le f\u00e9ta.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
